Successful Open Weekend at Sweetlake Meadow, Shrewsbury

On 19th and 20th November, the SJ Roberts Homes division officially launched its first development in Shrewsbury with a successful open weekend at Sweetlake Meadow, based on Longden Road.

Sweetlake Meadow will be home to 173 properties, including a mix of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes. The first 17 homes were officially released in November 2016 at the open weekend, alongside the launch of the sales suite and showhome.

The development has proved to be hugely popular so far with over 150 visitors attending the open weekend and an exciting 9 reservations made, with many more expressions of interest in the next stages of development also.

Visitors to the open weekend were warmly welcomed to the cosy sales suite with an opportunity to meet the team, find out more about Sweetlake Meadow and to take a tour of the show home – a stunning 3 bedroom Copthorne.

Mike Sambrook – Managing Director, Victoria Evanson – Client Liaison Manager and Debra Armitage – Sales Negotiator at Sweetlake Meadow, were on hand to answer any questions, provide information and also to make reservations for SJ Roberts Homes’ first owners.

Guests were also invited to enjoy a glass of fizz and enter a prize draw for a hamper packed full of local produce and treats. The lucky winner was Emma McCarthy, who picked up her luxury hamper on Monday, and also made a reservation for her new home, what a fabulous day for Emma and us!
