Allscott Meads Phase 2 Playground Opening Event

On Friday 16th August, the SJ Roberts Homes team hosted an opening event for the new playground on Phase 2 of the Allscott Meads development. At the event, residents enjoyed rock painting, colouring, music, refreshments and ice lollies. It was a lovely afternoon, made even better by the beautiful sunshine. We’re excited to see residents enjoy the park and surrounding green space.

SJ Roberts Homes hands over Allotments

We are delighted to announce the handover of the allotments at our development in Shropshire, Allscott Meads, to Wrockwardine Parish Council. The allotments are not only for the residents of Allscott Meads but also the wider community at Allscott. Shropshire development receives special commendation at prestigious planning awards

Allscott Meads, the new community being developed by SJ Roberts Construction and SJ Roberts Homes, on the site of the former sugar beet factory between Shrewsbury and Telford, has received a ‘special commendation’ in the ‘Best Project’ category at The West Midlands Awards for Planning Excellence which were organised by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).

A new name in homebuilding in Shropshire and Mid Wales has been launched with a flagship 173-home development in Shrewsbury.
